“We” are Glassbox Productions Ltd; a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 7979416, with registered offices at 38 College Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 4HJ. 3. WHAT INFORMATION DOES GLASSBOX PRODUCTIONS LTD COLLECT?

We collect, use and store your basic personal details in order to process and send your orders to the correct person and location and to provide a better shopping experience, these are:

Phone number

Delivery and/or billing address

We do not store any payment information, like credit/debit card or Paypal information; we securely pass on your data to our payment partners, Stripe or Paypal, for processing.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

 

4. WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

A cookie is a small text file that is saved to your device, and during subsequent visits, is retrieved to enable a better user experience. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service: they allow you to navigate the site and use our features, such as “Add to Basket”; allow us to measure and analyse how our customers use our website, to improve both its functionality and the customer experience; and recognise you when you return to our site. They are totally anonymous and are in no way linked to any other personal information you may give us during your visit. 5. HOW DOES GLASSBOX PRODUCTIONS LTD PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

When you place an order we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by UK and EU Data Protection legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

7. WILL GLASSBOX PRODUCTIONS LTD DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

Glassbox Productions Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Glassbox Productions Ltd may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services. You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. 8. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS?

If you wish to change or update the information we hold, you can log into your account here: https://billbailey.co.uk/account/. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details or, if you prefer, you can contact us by email at shop@billbailey.co.uk or call 020 8846 3823 to makes any changes or to request that your account is deleted.

You are responsible for providing us with accurate personal information and updating it when necessary. Please keep your account password and other access information secret, ensure no one else makes a purchase while you’re signed into your account, and always sign out when you end your online session, especially on a public computer.

 

9. YOUR CONSENT

10. DELIVERIES

We endeavour to despatch orders next working day but during busy times such as during active tours, the Christmas period and during sales, despatch may be delayed and can take up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday). All products marked as preorders will indicate their own estimated despatch date. Orders of multiple items that also contain preorder items will be held and despatched on or near the latest estimated preorder despatch date. UK orders can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (SD1) which is guaranteed next day by 1pm if orders are received by 4pm and requires a signature, Royal Mail 24 (RM24) which typically takes 1-2 days or Royal Mail 48 (RM48) which typically takes 2-3 working days, RM24 and RM48 are not guaranteed. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail); delivery times vary depending on location: European destinations within 3-5 working days, major cities worldwide within 5 working days and other destinations within 7 working days. All of the dates listed are for guidance purposes only. They are also based on normal conditions and therefore factors beyond our control such as strikes, postal issues, adverse weather conditions and customs clearance may cause delay to delivery.

 

11. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

After placing an order and completing checkout you should receive an automatic email, this is not an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply, it is to confirm we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and despatched you should receive another confirmation email. Unless otherwise requested all communication with you by us will be through email, therefore it is imperative that you correctly state your email address in your order. Please ensure we are listed as a safe email sender, or our communications are likely to end up in your spam email inbox. All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability.

 

12. OTHER CHARGES, SUCH AS TAX OR DUTY

The prices quoted on the product information page include all UK taxes. The prices quotes during the checkout process are what you will pay to Glassbox Productions Ltd and will depend on where your order is to be delivered. Full payment is immediately taken at checkout, even for items marked as preorder. International orders outside of the UK are not subject to UK VAT, however, import duties, taxes and/or handling charges may be levied by your local customs authorities and Glassbox Productions Ltd will not be liable for these extra charges. You will need to pay any applicable local taxes and relevant fees upon the arrival of your order. Please contact your country’s local customs authority if you need more information about any possible charges.
